GPS can literally save your skin if you're the outdoor adventure type. But, you don't always need a huge GPS rig to guide your way. The Backtrack Point>5 lets you store up to five locations in latitude and longitude coordinates. The simple interface is impossible to screw up when navigating and the weather-resistant body can take a beating from mother nature without giving up the ghost. The high-sensitivity uBLOX GPS receiver gets strong, consistent signals and the whole thing runs on 2 AAA batteries that you can swap out on the fly. You can also keep track of time, temperature and altitude, which will still be handy even if you're not an adventurer, but rather a guy who often fogets where he parked his car.

sons of anarchy
Relive season 2 of "Sons of Anarchy" (OWN IT NOW ON BLU-RAY & DVD) where some big questions of the the saga of SAMCRO (Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, Redwood Original) were answered.
Find out:
- As vice president, how did Jax (Charlie Hunnam) deal with his inner turmoil over the direction of the club and his duties as a father to a sick child?
- How did his relationship with his stepfather - and current club president - Clay (Ron Perlman) continue to evolve ... or devolve?
- Speaking of relationships ... was Jax still involved with Wendy (Drea De Matteo), his drug-addled ex-wife and mother of his child, or did he finally settle down - as much as a violent biker can settle down, anyway - with high-school sweetheart turned town doctor Tara (Maggie Siff)?
- How many sweet bikes were crammed into a single episode?
- How many people did scary new bad guy Henry Rollins beat up?

When it comes to zombies, George A. Romero is the undisputed king. And while his Diary of the Dead movie wasn't great, we'll still watch anything his name is attached to. Luckily, Survival of the Dead is more of a return to what the big man does best. This flick takes place on a small island, where two crazy families fight the dead and each other. There is a ton of action and all the gore that you'd expect from the master himself. Watch it. Love it. Then make sure your zombie survival bunker is fully stocked with weapons and canned beans.

OK, so maybe Arnold's bit part in The Expandables was a huge let down. But, back in the day, Arnold was the man at the movies and there's no way you can possibly disagree with that. For those who need a little reminder, we scored a box set of some of his most kick-ass movies to share with you. Included in this box are the following push-up-inducing films: Total Recall, Red Heat, Running Man and the grand daddy of all action movies, Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Watching them will remind you of a simpler time when ever gun cock happened in slow motion and bullets never ran out. Ever.

Computers
PC gamers are serious about their mice and the G9 is precise enough to satisfy even the most hardcore finger jockey. You can customize the experience by swapping out the grips or even tuning the weight inside the mouse to best fit your style. The DPI is adjustable between 200 and 3200, which gives you absolutely no excuse to end up at the bottom of the leaderboard. Plus, since we know many of you have quit your jobs to play the recently-released, Star Craft 2, this will be a much-needed rest for your Zerg-crippled fingers.

If we have to convince you that Vacation is one of the best movies ever made, then we probably can't be friends any more. Sure, it's a comedy from the early '80s and watching in HD won't necessarily make it any funnier, but it's your duty, as a person who truly appreciates great movies, to have this in your collection. Now, everybody in the Family Truckster.

If you're the type who doesn't mind shelling out for the best balls, even when there's a good chance you're going to whack a few of them into the woods, then more power to you. But, for those of us who cringe at the thought of blasting a $6 sphere into the void, there are still plenty of good options. Top Flite's Strata TL Distance balls are huge off the tee, and offer plenty of feel. But, they won't drive you into the poor house if you haven't quite worked out that slice yet. Plus, if you win them from us, they'll be free so you can feel free to pull out the drive and swing away.

With a few obvious exceptions--Dark Knight we're looking in your direction--comic book movies tend to get too kid-friendly. Kick-Ass certainly doesn't suffer from that affliction, offering up more impressive violence, bad language and other mom-angering stuff than you can shake a night stick at. You don't have to be a fan of the comic to appreciate its hilarious tone. And hell, even your intense hatred of Nicolas Cage can't put you off such a charmingly brutal flick. So, enjoy. Just don't enjoy so much that you feel the need to put on a costume. Despite what the movie says, that's still incredibly lame.

Headphones
You can make your music sound louder using two different methods. First, you can jack up the volume on your media player to head-shaking levels. Or, you can block out external noise so you can focus on the music. The Wicked Little Buds opt for that second method, providing a killer seal between your inner ear and the outside world. They're lightweight and the cord has a gold-plated tip to keep it from corroding over a longer period of time. They come in four different colors, including Black, Blue, Silver and, unfortunately, Purple. $30.

Camcorders
If you want to achieve ridiculous 3D effects like James Cameron, you're going to have to rob about a thousand banks (Editor's note: Don't actually rob 1,000 banks) just to buy the camera you'll need to shoot it. Panasonic is making 3D much more attainable, though, by cranking out a full-on 3D camcorder for just $1,400. It doubles as a regular old HD video camera, too, so if you're not one of the 80 people who went out and bought 3D TVs, you can still watch your super-high quality content. It's slated to hit store shelves in October, so you still have a little time to stock up on blue make-up for your guerilla-style Avatar sequel.

Portable Media Players
We mention a lot of super-high-end speakers around these parts, but the situation doesn't always call for enormous woofers and audiophile-grade sound. When you're on the road, it's portability that counts and the iWave Volt speakers have that covered. It will work with just about any audio source, as long as it has a headphone jack and the ball shape makes it easy to cram into just about any bag. It won't be loud enough to power your next dance party, but it's a lot better than trying to fuel a picnic with sound out of your car stereo.

Headphones
Unless you have some kind of mutant ears, big, over-the-ear style headphones are easily the most comfortable cans you can get. But, you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on a pair, just to ensure the comfort of your ear canals. iWave's DJ Style Headphones will only run you $30, but they have high-quality drivers wrapped in padded cups to keep you comfy. They also have an inline volume control so you can turn down your music in a hurry, should anyone ever decide to talk to you.
