I've had for for about six months (as of the end of May, 2010). While the product is very handy and useful, it is also very limited in that it can ONLY be used with Internet Explorer. I currently use Firefox or Chrome. The manufacturer told me they would have a software upgrade sometime late in the first quarter of 2010, but so far, NOTHING. I can't give it a high rating because of it's lack of compatibility issues.
