NO PURCHASE, CONTRIBUTION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. The Stuff™ From Maxim Sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on March 1, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on March 12, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER. An individual may enter online by visiting the website located at www.winSTUFFtoday.com/enter and completing and submitting the online entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions. This Sweepstakes consists of daily prizes, and entrants must enter each day during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win each daily prize. To be eligible for each daily prize, online entries must be received by AMG by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time each day during the Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete entries and entries that have been tampered with will be discarded and deemed void. Entries submitted after 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time each day during the Sweepstakes Period will be automatically entered to win the next day’s prize. No changes to any entry information will be permitted once submitted. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. All entries become the property of Alpha Media Group Inc. (“AMG”) and will not be acknowledged or returned. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD PER DAY. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the email account.

ELIGIBILITY. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Only individuals may enter; no entry form from any corporation or other entity shall be accepted. This Sweepstakes is VOID outside of the Eligibility Area and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted. Employees, officers and directors of AMG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising, sweepstakes, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relations firms, consultants and contractors, their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent or grandparent) and those living in their same households are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants: (1) agree to these Official Rules, and the decisions of AMG, which shall be binding and final in all respects; (2) acknowledge that AMG has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize; and (3) warrant that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES; ODDS OF WINNING. A total of ten (10) winners will be chosen. Winners of the daily prizes will be chosen by separate random drawings on or about March 15, 2010 by AMG from among the eligible entries received by AMG with respect to each daily prize. The daily prizes are described below:

March 1, Samson® GoMic Recorder: One (1) winner will receive a Samson® GoMic recorder. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $59.00

March 2, Thrustmaster® Ferrari Gamepad for PS3: One (1) winner will receive a Thrustmaster Ferrari gamepad for PS3. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $39.00

March 3, Skins™ Travel and Recovery Compression Clothing: One (1) winner will receive Skins™ Travel and Recovery compression clothing. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $120.00

March 4, NZXT™ Avatar Gaming Mouse: One (1) winner will receive a NZXT™ Avatar gaming mouse. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $60.00

March 5, Technocel® PowerPak™ Charger: One (1) winner will receive a Technocel® PowerPak™ charger. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $59.00

March 8, FloTV™ and 6 Months of Service: One (1) winner will receive a FloTV™ and 6 months of service. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $90.00

March 9, Boondock Saints II on DVD: One (1) winner will receive a copy of Boondock Saints II on DVD. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $20.00

March 10, Thrustmaster® T-Freestyle for PS3: One (1) winner will receive a Thrustmaster® T-Freestyle for PS3. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $30.00

March 11, Netsecure SmartSwipe™ Card Reader: One (1) winner will receive a Netsecure SmartSwipe™ card reader. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $90.00

March 12, Finis® SwiMP3: One (1) winner will receive a Finis SwimP3. Total approximate retail value of prize awarded: $150.00

Prizes may not be combined with any other offer. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and/or any other expenses associated with acceptance and/or taking delivery of the prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize will be permitted, except that AMG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with either the cash value of the prize that would have been awarded, or a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, outside of the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Odds of winning are determined by and depend upon the total number of eligible entries received with respect to each daily prize. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Limit one (1) prize per person, per month.

WINNER SELECTION. All prize awards are subject to verification and will be awarded upon winner validation and verification by AMG. The potential winners will be notified by electronic mail on or about March 15, 2010. AMG will make up to two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner of a prize at the telephone number and/or email address supplied by the potential winner in the Sweepstakes entry. If the initially selected winner (i) fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours following AMG’s second attempt to contact the winner, (ii) is ineligible, or (iii) fails to complete and return any required documents to AMG within five (5) days of receipt of the documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the eligible entries received with respect to such daily prize. Each potential prize winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including his/her Social Security Number if required for tax reporting purposes) and a Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Where permitted by law, winners grant AMG and its designees the right to use and publish their proper name and state of residence in connection with this Sweepstakes. Acceptance of any prize also constitutes permission for AMG, its subsidiaries and affiliates to use any prize winner’s name, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised without review, notification, approval, or compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

DISQUALIFICATION. The use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like methods (including, without limitation, the use of any promotion/sweepstakes subscription, notification, entry or like sites or services that offer sweepstakes entry services “on behalf of” entrant) is strictly prohibited. Any false information provided by an entrant concerning his/her identity or mailing address or any non-compliance by an entrant with these Officials Rule may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant from this Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of any AMG Sweepstakes, as solely determined by AMG, will be disqualified. If disqualified, AMG reserves the right to terminate the person’s eligibility to participate in this and future promotions and sweepstakes of AMG or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, AMG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by any non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes beyond the control of AMG which, in the sole opinion of AMG, corrupt or impair the integrity, administration, security, or operation of this Sweepstakes, AMG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes and award the prizes from eligible entries received prior to the action or compromise giving rise to the suspension or termination of this Sweepstakes.

AMG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR: (1) ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR PRINTING ERRORS; (2) LATE, LOST, ILLEGIBLE, INCOMPLETE, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, OR POSTAGE-DUE MAIL; (3) INCORRECT OR INACCURATE ENTRY INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR BY ANY HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE PROCESSING OF THE ENTRIES IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES; (4) ANY TECHNICAL ERRORS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR LINES, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, OR PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY E-MAIL ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF; OR (5) ANY OTHER ERRORS IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT WILL AMG, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, OR ITS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, EXPECTATION, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ANY ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE(S) AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

RELEASE. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold AMG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes, preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from taking delivery of any prize or any prize-related activity, and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between or among the parties and any claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, any prize awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

DISPUTES; BINDING ARBITRATION. The parties hereby waive their rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or this Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Nashville, Tennessee, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Tennessee and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any and all disputes that arise relating to this Sweepstakes must be filed within one (1) year from the date that the winners are announced.

GENERAL INFORMATION. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain fully in force.

PRIVACY NOTICE. Any personal information provided by entrants will be used by AMG to administer this Sweepstakes and may also be used by AMG, its subsidiaries or affiliates to contact entrants for marketing purposes and for other purposes as stated in AMG’s Privacy Policy located at www.winstufftoday.com/privacy.html. If an entrant does not wish to be contacted, the entrant may submit a request to AMG in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
